23/7/2019  Gary Harley’s ’Tips for Wyong

Locally trained filly Joigny is well placed to record back to back victories on her home track when she contests the Wyong Gold Cup 6 September Benchmark 64 Handicap (1600m) at Wyong on Tuesday.

The 3 year old has the record of two wins and four placings from seven starts and at Wyong she has started twice for a win and a second.

On July 13 Joigny was a runaway three length winner on this track and over this trip.

Grant Buckley trailed the leaders in third place before sprinting away in the straight.

The filly should be in the box seat again from her soft draw.
