Russian Camelot looks set to face a number of high class rivals when he lines up in Saturday’s Makybe Diva Stakes. Damien Oliver will be back on board the son of Camelot (Montjeu), who is in line to clash with, among others, Fierce Impact (Deep Impact), Gailo Chop (Deportivo), Master Of Wine (Maxios), Quick Thinker (So You Think) and So Si Bon (So You Think). Craig Williams will be reunited with last year’s Melbourne Cup winner Vow And Declare (Declaration Of War), while Jay McNeil will be onboard Kings Will Dream (Casamento). Miami Bound (Reliable Man), Nonconformist (Rebel Raider) and Oceanex (Ocean Park) will have the option of either tackling the Group 1 contest or the 1700-metre Open on the same card.
