7/12/2018 Syndicator to launch Millions Jet

Syndicator 2K Thoroughbreds will attempt to secure a start for Champagne Jet (Jet Spur) in the Magic Millions 2YO Classic (RL, 1200m) next month with a win at Doomben tomorrow. The Toby Edmonds-trained filly defeated stablemate Betaima (Better Than Ready), who is also owned by 2K Thoroughbreds, at the Sunshine Coast on debut on November 10. Betaima won at Doomben last week to assure herself of a start in the $2 million race at the Gold Coast. "We have only been going as a syndicate a relatively short time so it would obviously be a great kick-along to have two genuine Classic runners," 2K Thoroughbreds manager Sterling Cincotta said. Champagne Jet runs in the QTIS 2YO Handicap (1200m) and will be ridden by Ryan Maloney.
In early betting markets Champagne Jet is $1.85. Check out the latest betting markets.
