13/11/2017 Many target Perth Feature races

Trainer James Cummings will send Impending (Lonhro), who was third in the Darley Classic on Saturday, and stablemate It’s Somewhat (Dynaformer) west for Group One races.
Cummings has confirmed that Impending, who is being aimed at the Winterbottom Stakes, and Railway Stakes (Gr 1, 1600m) and Kingston Town Classic (Gr 1, 1800m) bound It’s Somewhat would be on a plane on Sunday to Perth. The Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott-trained Supply And Demand (Sebring), who ran second in the Chatham Stakes (Gr 3, 1400m), would be on the same flight so he can run in the
Railway Stakes and Kingston Town Classic.
Meanwhile, Sovereign Nation (Encosta De Lago), seventh in the Kennedy Mile (registered as Cantala
Stakes) (Gr 1, 1600m) last start, will head to Perth for the Railway Stakes and Kingston Town Classic. The Lindsay Park-trained five- year-old was freshened up after a win at Flemington in August to tackle Group One races at his past three starts. He ran fourth in the Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes and was runner-
up to Tosen Stardom (Deep Impact) in the Toorak Handicap (Gr 1, 1600m). He is set to be Lindsay Park’s only Perth summer carnival representative.
