15/2/2018 Global Glamour primed for Apollo

Co-trainers Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott will decide which direction Global Glamour’s (Star Witness) autumn campaign takes after the mare contests the Apollo Stakes (Gr 2,1400m) at Randwick on Saturday. After two wins in ten starts, the training partnership are not sure which distances to target with
the four-year-old. “We’ve kept sprint options open or we could continue to bring her up in trip. Saturday will tell us everything,” Bott said.
Global Glamour, who will be ridden by Rachel King from barrier four on Saturday, finished fourth last start in the Expressway Stakes (Gr 2, 1200m) on 3 February.
